Owner and OU Alumni, Roger Flippo, has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance business. Roger is a member of OAA and the Tulsa Association of Health Underwriters, and has had an office at the corner of 101st and Elm in Broken Arrow since 2006.

Timothy Brooks is the managing agent at our 2^nd^ branch location at 71st and Elm Pl. Timothy started with Flippo Insurance as an agent in 2011 and was promoted to Agency Partner in 2019. Tim is a dedicated family man, a father of six, and maintains a strong relationship with his church. Tim is also an OAA member, TAHU board member and has received the Elite Certificate of Recognition from the Healthcare Marketplace for 5 years in a row.

Laura McDonald joined Flippo Insurance in August 2020 and focusses on individual health and personal home and auto insurance. With years of customer service experience, be assured that she’ll be delivering the same level of care and commitment to each of our Flippo Insurance clients that you have come to expect.

Sean comes to us from Colorado and started working with Timothy Brooks out of the North Elm office at the end of September, 2021. Specializing in Home and Auto policies, Sean also has a background as an Electrician. Besides the odd electrical job, he plans to work with contractors in the area and help them with their insurance needs. Studying at Rhema Bible Training College this year, Sean will be in most afternoons, so make sure you say Hello!
